The Report Table Editor is used to design tables for use in the "Custom Table" widget, which is then used in Dashboards or Reports.

The table/cell settings can be double-clicked (or use F2 key) to edit the contents.

Cells can be selected by moving the mouse over them and selecting with the mouse button.
